Section 01
Section 1: Vision & Priorities
1.1 In one sentence, what do you wish you had a "person" handling for you every day that you currently do yourself?
1.2 If Jarvis could only do 3 things brilliantly, what would they be?
1.3 What are the recurring tasks in your week that feel like a waste of your time?
1.4 Do you have an Executive Assistant today? If yes, what do they handle — and what falls through the cracks that Jarvis should catch?
1.5 How do you want to receive information from Jarvis? (e.g., voice briefings while commuting, text summaries you scan, dashboard you glance at, push alerts for urgent items — or a mix?)
1.6 Should Jarvis proactively reach out to you, or only respond when you ask? If proactive — should it be always-on, or only during work hours?
1.7 At the end of a typical day, what categories of work tend to carry over to the next? (e.g., unreviewed communications, pending approvals, outstanding follow-ups, deferred decisions)
1.8 How often do things slip through the cracks — and what kind of things? (e.g., a follow-up that was never sent, a commitment made in a meeting that wasn't tracked, an email that needed a response but got buried)
Section 03
Section 3: Team & Access Model
3.1 Jarvis is your personal assistant — only you have full access. Should any specific people (e.g., EA, COO) also be able to initiate conversations with Jarvis directly, with a limited view of your context?
3.2 Should Jarvis be accessible to your broader team as an internal AI? If yes — what should it be allowed to discuss with them? (e.g., project status, company policies — but not your personal schedule, financials, or HR matters)
3.3 Should Jarvis be able to directly call people on your behalf? We would provision a dedicated phone number for Jarvis to use for urgent outreach.
3.4 Should Jarvis be able to send messages to your team on your behalf without your approval, or always draft-and-confirm?
Section 05
Section 5: Privacy & Trust Boundaries
5.1 What categories of data should NEVER go through cloud AI models? (e.g., financial projections, M&A discussions, HR/legal matters, investor communications, customer PII — or everything is fine with cloud?)
5.2 Should Jarvis have a "Private Mode" toggle? (One tap switches to a fully local/RunPod model — no data touches cloud APIs. For ultra-sensitive conversations.)
5.3 What actions should Jarvis NEVER do without your explicit approval? (e.g., send external emails, make financial commitments, share data with employees, schedule meetings with investors, delete anything)
5.4 Who should be able to shut Jarvis down entirely? (Just you? Your EA? IT admin?)
5.5 Do you have an existing IT security team or security policies we should integrate with?
5.6 Any regulatory or compliance requirements? (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, industry-specific — or not applicable?)
